Oh La La

I was happy to receive my Luka Oh La La! I have been involved in the arts and design for decades! I am very detail oriented the first thing I noticed was the sticker at the end of the box noting which design was inside was askew. A little thing yes, but it says something about your company. I like my choice although I feel it is a bit overpriced for what it is. If it had a little touch lite for dark restaurants etc that would be with the price and a great addition.

Excellent Customer Service!

I ordered the "Oh La La" necklace and it was lovely with really terrific magnification. The necklace did not go well with my every day jewelry, however, so I wanted to exchange it for another style. There was some confusion on my part about how or where to return my purchase, but I was lucky to get assistance with the return. After we clarified why I was confused about the return address, I was offered help and even given a discount code for my trouble. The necklace had a nice long chain so that the monocle would be in a good position to use as needed (instead of too high up close to the neck) and the magnification worked really well for me. I am looking forward to picking out another style to purchase and highly recommend these to anyone who can use the magnification (I'm a teacher and it will be great when I'm back in the classroom!) or just likes a bold "statement" necklace that is just unusual enough to look really cool! These necklaces are both of those things!!
