LUKA: Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy
All returns must be made within 21 days of delivered merchandise. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or changes past our 21 days policy.
For returns/exchanges eligibility, merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, unused and in the same condition received.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed in the same form of payment used for the purchase. Please allow several days for processing and credit posting to your account.
Late or missing refunds
